Items purchased from triggahappi may be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment, if the goods are faulty, supplied incorrectly or do not match the description on the website. As many of the items on triggahappi.com are clearance stock, we will not exchange goods if you simply change your mind, or purchased the item in error. Any return items must be in an as new condition. Returns will not be accepted on items that have been damaged by improper handling, or are not considered faulty after inspection.
Always remember to check hardware requirements for any PC software or game purchases, to ensure your hardware is capable of running the product. Returns will not be accepted on these grounds.
You will only be eligible for a refund or credit, if the product ordered has been discontinued or is unavailable, when your RMA is authorised.
You will require satisfactory proof of purchase for any return claim.
Submit a Return Claim
To obtain a repair, or exchange, please return the goods to triggahappi.com.au AFTER receiving an RMA authorisation. Any items you return are shipped at your own risk and triggahappi.com will not take responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged due to the negligence or fault of a third party.
To lodge a warranty claim, just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In this email, you must state your order details, including order number, date of purchase, and a breif description of the claim details. Once we have received your completed email, we will review it within 7 days, and if you are entitled to an exchange, you will be sent an RMA AUTHORISATION code, and postage label to return the goods at your cost. NO RETURNS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT AN RMA AUTHORISATION.
Please note, all returns are tested for faults, and if deemed to be free of manufactures faults, the goods will be returned directly to you, at your cost. It may be necessary for us to return the goods to the manufacturer for testing in order to determine whether or not you are entitled to a repair, or exchange. Please allow up to 14 working days for return and testing to take place.
triggahappi.com.au will, at their discretion, cover the postage cost on defective items, returned under RMA.
After your triggahappi return period has expired, your item may still be eligible for exchange or repair under the manufacturer's warranty. To determine if your item is eligible for a manufacturer's warranty return, review the paperwork that came with the item, or contact the manufacturer.
Remember, in order for an item to be eligible for warranty coverage, many manufacturers require the item to be purchased from an authorised dealer. In most cases, triggahappi is an authorised dealer...another reason to be a triggahappi shopper.
